North Walsham is a market town and civil parish in the county of Norfolk, it sits midway between the Norfolk Broads and the North Norfolk Coast.

North Walsham lies approximately 8 miles south of Cromer and 15 miles north of Norwich, serving as an important rural hub for surrounding villages. With a population of over 12,000 residents, the town combines strong community identity with a growing and active local economy.
North Walsham Town Council (NWTC) has 16 members who are unpaid elected Members. They are the first tier of Local Government, agreeing policies, spending and precept each year to cover the local services and projects for which it is responsible.
